Pilates holiday at La Corte di Campalli in Chianti
Following last year’s holiday in Spain this year’s Pilates holiday will take place in the heart of Tuscany at stunning La Corte di Campalli. Located at the top of a hill, the villa has its own swimming pool and an immaculate lawn where – weather permitting - we will take the twice daily Pilates classes, looking out over a panoramic view of the Chianti countryside.
There is also a stunning courtyard that the house is built around – perfect for al-fresco dining. A chef will prepare breakfast and a delicious Tuscan menu for supper daily and plenty of Chianti will be available to drink! Long walks may be advisable to counter the effects of the food and wine! Tennis and horse-riding can also be arranged, as can wine-tasting, cheese-tasting, olive-oil tasting and on-site Italian cooking lessons.
You can even take a trip in a hot air balloon if anyone is interested! Siena and Florence are not far away if anyone wants to go shopping or sight-seeing.
The holiday will start on Saturday 29th August for one week. There are only six bedrooms and a maximum of ten people on the holiday, including myself - Anita Ferruzzi, Pilates teacher - and resident masseuse Laura Nolan. So book early to avoid disappointment!
What is included?
• Accommodation. All clients have their own bathrooms.
• Breakfast and supper every day (including wine) and there will be such an abundance of food that lunch is likely to be covered too!
• The chef will serve and clear supper and lay out breakfast and there is daily maid-service.
• Twice daily Pilates. Each class is an hour long – one in the morning and one late afternoon/early evening.
• All other activities are optional extras. If you are interested in anything mentioned please give as much notice as possible so that we can arrange it.
• Transfers and car hire can be arranged.
Prices and how to book
£1300 based on two people sharing. A single supplement can be arranged. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your place, with the remainder payable a minimum of eight weeks prior to departure.
